Information you provide

When you create an account or participate in SynthArena, the platform may process account information, profile information, submissions, creator claims, votes, squads and other actions you choose to make.

Technical information

SynthArena uses technical session and remember-me cookies needed for authentication, security and continuity of signed-in sessions. Some interactive experiences may temporarily use browser session storage.

External media providers

When YouTube content or its player is loaded, requests may be made directly to YouTube or related Google services. Those providers may process technical information under their own policies.

Why information is used

Information is used to operate accounts, competitions, rankings, creator features, scouting, moderation, security and the other core functions of SynthArena.

Retention

Some historical competition records may remain associated with a track even after the track is retired from public surfaces, where retaining those records is necessary to preserve competition integrity.

Account deletion

Registered users can permanently delete their SynthArena account from My Arena. Account and profile information, account progression, Creator ownership links, claims and Squad data associated with that account are removed. Track records and historical competition data may remain where they are required to preserve the integrity and history of SynthArena, without remaining connected to the deleted account.
